Cheerios's "Just Checking" Commercial: Racist Backlash over Interracial Family
& Kids' Response to Ad Further showcasing how racism is still a modern-day issue, this Cheerios commercial went controversial when people became enraged over its use of a mixed-race family (the mother is Caucasion and the father is African-American).
